Parish President

Kenneth "Kenny" Havard has served as the West Feliciana Parish President since 2018 and is the Second Parish President to serve under the Home Rule Charter. Prior to serving as Parish President, Kenny was a member of the Louisiana House of Representives for District 62. Kenny also worked for eighteen years in the petrochecmical, oil, and natural gas industries. Kenny lives in St. Francisville with his wife, Shondell, and their two sons.

• Graduated from Jackson High School in Jackson, LA. 

• Attended ITI Technical College and Louisiana State University. 

• Member of Rotary International, Lions Club, East Feliciana Parish Chamber of Commerce, and the Louisiana Oil & Gas Association.
