In accordance with applicable Parish Ordinance and State Law, all businesses having a physical location in West Feliciana Parish are required to obtain an Occupational License in West Feliciana Parish annually. Businesses that have a Municipal Occupational License are exempt from this requirement. Occupational License expire each year on December 31.

Once the application is approved by both the Parish and the Sheriff’s Office, a permit shall be issued to the applicant by the Parish. Permit will be mailed or may be picked up at the Parish office upon notification of approval.

The application and fee must be submitted on or before the Wednesday prior to the Monday meeting for consideration by the Council. If not, it will be considered at the next regular meeting.

All culverts shall be installed according to the attached parish standards. A site inspection to determine pipe size will be conducted after the Public Works Road Superintendent accepts this application.

Note: All telecommunication towers shall be constructed in accordance with West Feliciana Parish Ordinance 135-128. Cellular and PCS transmission towers, antennas, and related communications equipment shelters may only be permitted in districts zoned as S-1.
